Many times we, as defense attorneys, face an uphill struggle practicing Seattle DUI Defense and administrative hearings, particularly, are very difficult to win; however, this week, Seattle DUI Attorney, Nate Webb, was successful on two Department of Licensing hearings. One client was alleged to have blown twice the legal limit, but after arguing a second mouth check was not performed after an invalid sample (even though the officer did wait the required 15 additional minutes) the DOL hearing officer agreed that the test was not satisfactorily administered and dismissed. Also, I represented a client on a Refusal to participate in breath testing after an Operating a Vessel Under the Influence arrest citation arising out of a Seafair boating arrest. That case was dismissed! Sometimes you are the windshield and sometimes you are the bug - No bug this week!
