Client was alleged to have driven off of the road on State Route 203, was treated by EMTs and blew a .250 into a Portable Breath Test.  At the station, after arrest, client was alleged to have blow a .219 and .217 into the breathalyzer (BAC Datamaster).  Mr. Webb successfully argued there was insufficient evidence to support claim that client drove the motor vehicle at an evidentiary hearing.  The court agreed and the case was dismissed!  State v.
