Jury trial: DUI charge wherein the Trooper alleged my client was extremely intoxicated, did extremely poorly on field sobriety tests and almost fell down as he exited his vehicle. The trooper alleged my client performed so poorly on the field sobriety tests they were stopped because he couldn't keep his balance. The trooper alleged my client thought (when asked what the current time was at the station) it was 1 a.m. when in fact it was 4 a.m.
