DUI charge (second offense within seven years). Client alleged to have failed to signal when entering roadway. Officer alleged client swerved into oncoming traffic and did not stop when emergency lights and siren activated. Client performed all field tests (which the officer claims client failed miserably) and gave two BAC results over the legal limit.
