Jury trial: DUI charge wherein four officers smelled the odor of intoxicants on my client's breath, observed poor coordination, bloodshot watery eyes, and that my client "failed" field sobriety tests.  Client was alleged to have sped down a residential street while drag racing another motorcycle.  He admitted to being at three different bars over the course of the evening.
