Dismissed! Violation of Ignition Interlock charge!
Associate Attorney, Denis Globa, successfully argued for the dismissal of a client's charge of violation of an ignition interlock order. Mr. Globa argued the basis for the initial stop of our client was impermissible and the court agreed, thereby dismissing the underlying offense!

Denis N. Globa
Denis was born in Kiev, Ukraine, and came to America with his family in 1998. Denis attended school and grew up in Federal Way, Washington. While working on his undergraduate degree in business administration at the Central Washington University, Denis worked as a part-time real estate agent. As a real estate agent, Denis oversaw many residential listings and purchasing transactions. Upon graduating with his business administration degree, Denis worked as a legal assistant for a DUI defense law firm in Seattle. At this role he obtained the foundational knowledge of DUI defense from the administrative prospective. Denis particularly enjoyed communicating with clients and helping them with their cases. After working for the DUI defense law firm for eighteen months, Denis decided to apply to Seattle University School of Law to become a defense attorney himself.
While in law school, Denis worked as a rule 9 prosecutor for the City of Bothell for a year. He was in charge of multiple court calendars and had the opportunity to conduct criminal jury trials. In that role, he experienced the prosecutorial aspect of DUI cases. After graduating from Seattle University School of Law, Denis began his professional relationship with the Webb Law Firm in 2014.
In his free time, Denis enjoys sports, snowboarding, music, attending concerts, and spending time with his friends and family. He is also an avid sports car enthusiast. Denis is fluent in both Russian and Ukrainian.
