BUI dismissed after evidentiary hearing.  The State alleged my client was operating a vessel under the influence while at Seafair.  After hearing argument from Mr. Webb, the Judge of the District Court, dismissed the matter for a lack of probable cause to arrest for the offense.  Case Dismissed!
